This Is Your Moment: Why Midlife Mayhem LIVE Might Be Exactly What You Need Right Now

Have you ever had that feeling that you've somehow lost touch with yourself? Not completely. But enough to notice. You're doing everything you should be doing, showing up for everyone else, keeping things going. But something feels off, your energy isn't what it used to be, your confidence feels a little shaken and if you're honest with yourself, you don't quite feel like YOU anymore.

I know that feeling and I also know how easy it is to stay there. To tell yourself you'll sort it out later, that you just need to get through this phase, that it's probably just stress. But what if it's not something to push through? What if it's something to step into?

Midlife Is Not The End. It's The Beginning.

Midlife is so often spoken about as something we have to manage. Something to get through. But what if it's actually an opportunity? An opportunity to reconnect, to rebuild, to rediscover who you are now rather than who you used to be. Because this stage of life can be incredibly powerful. But only if you're given the right support, the right information, and the right environment to do it.

And that's exactly why I created Midlife Mayhem LIVE.

More Than Just An Event

This isn't just two days of talks. This is an experience designed to help you genuinely shift how you feel, physically, mentally and emotionally.

Across two days in the beautiful countryside of West Sussex, you'll step away from your everyday life and into a space designed entirely for you. A space where you can move your body and feel strong again, understand what's actually happening inside it, learn from experts who truly get midlife, take away practical tools you can use from the moment you get home, and connect with women who understand exactly where you are right now.

Because there is something incredibly powerful about being in a room full of women who just get it. No explaining. No justifying. Just belonging.

What You'll Experience

Day one is all about empowerment. We start with movement to help you reconnect with your body, and from there you'll hear from incredible experts across nutrition, sleep, pelvic health, strength training and more. You'll leave the day feeling stronger, more informed and deeply supported. And then we end it together as a community, connecting, sharing and unwinding in the way that only women in the same season of life truly can.

Day two is about transformation. We move, we reset, and we go deeper. You'll explore how to build habits that actually stick, how sleep and style and confidence all weave together, and how you show up in your life every single day. Most importantly, you'll leave with a clear path forward. Not just ideas. A real sense of direction.

This Is About More Than Information

You can read things online. You can listen to podcasts. You can try to piece it all together on your own. But there is something completely different about being fully immersed in an experience like this, where everything connects, where you feel genuinely supported, and where things finally start to make sense. Where you leave not just knowing more, but actually feeling different.

That's what I want for you. Not more information to file away and forget. A real, lasting shift.

This Is Your Time

If you've been feeling stuck, if you've been putting yourself last, if you've been waiting for the right time to finally do something just for you, this might be it. Midlife Mayhem LIVE is your opportunity to step out of your day-to-day and into something that is entirely about you. Your energy. Your confidence. Your identity. And the woman you are becoming.

We are now in the final stages before the event and spaces are limited. If something in this is resonating with you, please don't ignore it. That feeling is worth listening to. This is your invitation to step in, to reconnect, and to remember just how much is still ahead of you.

I cannot wait to see you there.
